St. Ignatius – Renowned Jesuit High School in Cleveland OH
Founded in 1886, St. Ignatius High School has a history that is long and rich. So when alum and former NFL football player LeCharles Bentley made a donation to create a unique space on campus with a nod to past, current, and future generations of Wildcats, Brand Décor was called upon for the execution.
Working closely with the designer, Studio Graphique of Cleveland, we helped to identify materials and fabrication methods for each of the three areas of the project – the Bentley Gallery, the Alumni Awards Wall, and the Senior Lounge. Each of these areas required different elements and Brand Décor successfully integrated all to achieve a final, stunning result.
The Bentley Gallery and Alumni Awards Wall were titled using dimensional headers with integrated LED lighting to add impact and provide down-lighting for display elements below. The graphic display panels in each area utilize a magnetic graphic system which allows for quick and inexpensive replacement as content is updated. In addition, four museum-quality display cases were fabricated to display artifacts and memorabilia.
The Senior Lounge area, once merely a large room with painted walls, comes alive with over 900 square feet of custom printed wall covering that speaks to the school’s storied past and future mission alike. Accenting the wall covering is a large dimensional school logo and a 20’ wide custom printed cork wall for students and faculty to post messages and promote events.
